Today, he serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of BEŞLER GROUP, one of Turkey's largest food manufacturers, and is also involved in numerous civil society organizations. A founding member of the Turkish Flour Industrialists' Federation (TUSAF), which has been operating since 2004, he served as Vice Chairman of the TFIF Board of Directors in the 2025-2025 term. He was elected Chairman of the TFIF Board of Directors for the 2025-2028 term at the Ordinary General Assembly held on April 17, 2025. He is married with six children.

Ahmet Ergin Okandeniz was born in Lüleburgaz in 1957. He began his career in 1974 by purchasing, selling, and transporting agricultural products. He entered the flour industry in 1992. In 2009, he purchased an oil factory in the Babaeski-Büyükmandıra district and began working there. Ahmet Ergin Okandeniz served on the Board of Directors and as Vice President of the Lüleburgaz Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He later served as President of the Lüleburgaz Chamber of Commerce and Industry for five years during the 2013-2018 elections. He began his career as a member of the Marmara Flour Industrialists' Association's Board of Directors in 2010. Following the 2019 election, he became President of the Marmara Flour Industrialists' Association. Following the 2022 election, he was re-elected as President of the Board of Directors and continues to serve in this position. In 2022, he was elected as a member of the Istanbul Exporters' Association Cereals, Pulses, Oilseeds and Products Sector Board. He has been serving as a member of the Turkish Flour Industrialists' Federation's board of directors since 2015 and was elected as the Vice Chairman of the TUSAF Board of Directors for the 2025-2028 term. He is married and has three children.

After graduating from Bilkent University's Department of Industrial Engineering, he completed his master's degree in Business Administration and Marketing at King's College London and the University of East Anglia. He serves as General Manager of Tezcan Flour Factory and Vice Chairman of the Board of Tezcan Group of Companies. He also serves as Vice President of the Aegean Flour Industrialists' Association and a Board Member of the Turkish Flour Industrialists' Federation. He is married with three children.

He started his business life in 1987 as an Accounting Manager at Hasanusta Gıda. From 1993 onwards, he worked as the head of the Accounting-Finance and Sales departments at Ulusoy Flour Inc. From 1998 onwards, he served as General Manager of the company until July 2004. From late 2004 to early 2006, he served as Domestic and International Marketing Manager at Birsan Birlik Inc., which operates in the flour sector. In 2006, he started as Factory Manager at Bafra Eriş Un Yem Gıda Inc., which also operates in the flour sector. He returned to his position as General Manager of Ulusoy Flour Inc. in 2010. Kamil Adem, who was appointed as Chairman of the Executive Board and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Ulusoy Un as of March 2015, also serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Söke Flour Inc. and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ulidaş Licensed Warehousing Inc. on behalf of Ulusoy Un San.ve Tic. A.Ş. He also serves as Chairman of the Black Sea Flour Industrialists' Association, a member of the TUSAF Board of Directors, and Accountant Member of the Black Sea Cereals, Pulses, Oil Seeds and Products Exporters' Association.

He has been serving the flour industry as a flour industrialist since 1989. He is the Chairman of the Board of Madak Flour Industry and Trade Ltd. He speaks fluent English. Since 2022, he has been providing factory and warehousing services in the Balıkesir Organized Industrial Zone. He also serves on the boards of numerous non-governmental organizations and the Balıkesir Chamber of Industry. As of 2025, he has served as the Chairman of the Board of the Aegean Flour Industrialists Association and as a member of the Board of the Turkish Flour Industrialists Federation (TUSAF).

He served as the Chairman of the Kırıkkale Commodity Exchange Assembly between 2011 and 2015 and has served in various civil society organizations. He has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Anatolian Flour Industrialists' Association since 2022, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Turkish Flour Industrialists' Federation between 2022 and 2025, and as a member of the Board of Directors of TUSAF between 2025 and 2028. As a third-generation grandfather, he continues his career at Tosunlar Flour Inc. He is married with three children.

Having started working at Tekbaş Flour Inc. since his student years, Tekbaş was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Central Anatolia Flour Industrialists Association and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Turkish Flour Industrialists Federation (TUSAF) in 2022. He Born in Gaziantep in 1955, Mustafa Özmermer began his career at a young age working in his father's pita bakery. He later continued his career in bread and baked goods at Has Bread Bakery. After many years of working in the bakery industry, he and his brother Ali Özmermer, believing they could produce better quality flour, the raw material for bread, entered the sector in 1994 by founding Özmermer Flour Factory. In 2004, they established Has Synthetic Weaving, establishing themselves in the textile sector with the production of P.P. Sacks, P.P. Fabrics, P.P. CF Yarn, and P.P. Agricultural Yarns. A member of the board of directors of the Gaziantep Chamber of Industry, Mustafa Özmermer continues his career as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Özmermer Flour Factory and Has Synthetic Sack Factory, which he founded. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors of TUSAF since 2022.

Born in Trabzon in 1963, Mustafa Hikmet Kazancı completed his primary and secondary education there while also beginning his career at the Elif Flour Factory, where he was a partner. Later, with the acquisition of Unsan Flour Industry and Trade Inc. in Samsun in 1988, he assumed various roles at the company and has served as Chairman of the Board since 2002. Kazancı, who is a member of the Board of Directors of TUSAF (Turkish Food and Agriculture Organization of Turkey), Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Black Sea Flour Industrialists' Association, and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Black Sea Cereals, Pulses, Oilseeds, and Products Exporters' Association, is married with six children.

Turgay Lermioğlu was born in the Akçaabat district of Trabzon and comes from a well-established family operating in the wholesale sector. He began his career at the age of 22, inheriting commercial activities from his father. After gaining experience in the wholesale sector in his early years in Trabzon, he moved to Istanbul, where he established two factories in the flour sector and contributed to the production infrastructure. With over 49 years of commercial experience, Lermioğlu serves on the management team of Un Gıda, playing an active role in improving production processes, managing operations, and developing export strategies. The company not only contributes to the sustainable growth of the sector by providing foreign currency to the Turkish economy through wheat flour exports, but also has been elected as a member of the TUSAF Board of Directors for the 2025-2028 term.

He Born in Adana in 1976, Denizli graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Agriculture in 1998. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Akdeniz Flour Mills Inc., Vice President of the Çukurova Flour Industrialists' Association since 2016, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Turkish Flour Industrialists' Federation (TUSAF) since April 2022. He is married with three children.

Mr.Özkan, completed his undergraduate education in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Maryland in the United States. He applied the knowledge and skills he gained throughout his education throughout his career, holding various managerial positions in international companies. Özkan served as a manager in the energy group of Eksim Holding from 2012 to 2016, and as Chairman of the Executive Board and CEO of the Sunar Group of Companies, a company operating in the agricultural industry and food sectors, from 2016 to 2023. During this period, he led the growth of the Sunar Group of Companies and strengthened its position in the sector. Hasan Abdullah Özkan joined the Eksim Holding family in 2023 and continues his current role as President and CEO of the Eksun Food Group.
